Tips for creating nice images with VMD

For nice images of proteins in VMD we recommend that you use the Graphics -> Representations -> Drawing Method -> Surf or MSMS visualisation, and then use the "Display -> Display Settings -> Ray Tracing Options -> Amb. Occl -> on" feature.
